The platform
What FIRST FOR NOW is.
FIRST FOR NOW is a competitive promotional visibility platform. It sells guaranteed time-based promotional placement on its own site. Customers spend Credits on Ranking and, when it is available, Battle. External sites stay independent: FIRST FOR NOW is not the merchant of record for products sold elsewhere.
What a customer buys
A stated length of promotional placement time, and the guarantee that ordinary competition cannot displace that placement while the purchased time runs. FIRST FOR NOW does not guarantee traffic, clicks, followers, sales, leads, conversions, engagement or SEO results.
TAKE
Grab an open position
Buy a position that is unlocked and unprotected. It costs 1 credit and it is yours, guaranteed, for 5 minutes. Nothing can move you while that runs.
Stay
Your time ends. You don't leave
When protection runs out you are not removed, not moved and not hidden. You stay exactly where you are, unprotected, until somebody actually takes the position from you.
HOLD
Buy a little more certainty
Whoever is standing on a position can hold it: 15 min / 10, 30 min / 20 credits. One short HOLD per continuous run at a position — take it or leave it, but you only get one.
LOCK
Make it certain
A LOCK runs for an hour or more and cannot be displaced by anyone. Longer blocks reach lower marginal rates, and an active LOCK is extended rather than replaced.
Cascade
Everyone else moves down
When somebody takes a position, the listing that was there moves down, and so does everything unprotected below it. Protected positions are skipped entirely — they stay exactly where they are.
Unlock
The board opens up
Position #1 is open from the start. When every position above another is locked at the same time, that position opens for direct purchase — permanently. It never closes again.
What it costs
1 Credit = €1.
1 Credit currently represents €1 of FIRST FOR NOW service purchasing power. TAKE itself costs 1 Credit. Credit packs are sold separately and currently start above 1 Credit. Unused Credits stay in your Credit balance; they are not a fee. You spend Credits on Ranking placement and, when Battle is available, Battle Challenges. They are not transferable, not withdrawable and not redeemable for cash.
Credits can be used only for FIRST FOR NOW services. They cannot be transferred between users or cashed out as a voluntary withdrawal. Unused consumer Credits may be refundable during the 14-day withdrawal period. They do not earn interest. Winning a Battle never creates Credits.
Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Buying Credits does not start a promotional service. TAKE, HOLD, LOCK and Battle start immediately only if you expressly ask, and the withdrawal right for that completed service is lost only after it has been fully performed. Progressive: each band prices only the hours that fall inside it. Six hours is two at the first rate, three at the second and one at the third.
Spotlight
What people see
Spotlight is what people see when you hold a spot: the campaign attached to your Ranking placement — a website, video, game, app, music, product, project, event or other destination. It is not a separately priced product. FIRST FOR NOW provides outbound discovery. It does not sell those external products and does not process payments between a promoter and a visitor. What can be promoted is still decided by the promotion policy.
