FIRST FOR NOW is a competitive promotional visibility platform. It sells guaranteed time-based promotional placement and exposure on FIRST FOR NOW — not traffic, clicks, followers, sales, leads, conversions, engagement or SEO results.

1 Credit = €1 of FIRST FOR NOW service purchasing power. Credits are closed-loop purchasing power for FIRST FOR NOW services only: Ranking placement and, when Battle is available, Battle Challenges. They are not a currency, an investment, crypto or cash you can take out.

No. Credits cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash. There is no secondary market. They do not earn interest. Winning a Battle never creates Credits.

A purchase buys a stated length of promotional placement time on FIRST FOR NOW, and the guarantee that ordinary competition cannot displace that placement while the purchased protection runs. After the timer ends, the listing stays visible until someone else takes the spot.

When #1 is open, a TAKE costs 1 Credit and is guaranteed for 5 minutes of placement on FIRST FOR NOW. After that you stay at #1, unprotected, until someone else takes the spot. A protected #1 cannot be taken for €1.

TAKE costs 1 Credit, and 1 Credit currently represents €1 of FIRST FOR NOW service purchasing power. Credit purchases currently start at €5, so the minimum top-up adds 5 Credits to your Credit balance. Using TAKE spends only 1 Credit. The remaining Credits stay available for later FIRST FOR NOW services.

Spotlight is what people see when you hold a Ranking spot. It is your campaign — not a separately priced product.

No. Ranking and Battle sell promotional time on FIRST FOR NOW. They do not guarantee audience size, clicks, traffic, sales or any business result.

Battle is a competitive promotional feature between two listings. A Challenge costs 1 Credit. When a valid Battle starts, that Credit buys exactly 3 minutes of guaranteed Battle promotional exposure.

Yes. Spectators watch for free. Voting is free. One verified account may cast one immutable vote per Battle. Participants cannot vote in their own Battle.

No. Each eligible vote has equal weight. Spending Credits never buys vote weight. Paying more for a Challenge does not change how votes are counted.

No. Participants do not stake money or Credits against one another. There is no betting, pot, jackpot or wager.

No. Battle has no cash prize and no material prize. The result determines competitive status inside FIRST FOR NOW.

No. The winner receives no Credits. The loser’s Credit is not transferred to the winner.

THE CROWN is competitive recognition earned through Battle. It has no monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and does not award Credits. It is not commercial Ranking #1 and does not mean highest payer.

No. Battle and commercial Ranking stay separate. Winning does not grant Ranking time and does not take another user’s purchased placement.

While your TAKE, HOLD or LOCK protection is active, ordinary competition cannot displace that placement. When protection ends you stay visible, unprotected, until someone else takes the spot. Administrative suspension for policy or legal reasons is a separate safety path and is not ordinary competition.

Destinations must meet FIRST FOR NOW’s promotion requirements before they can receive promotional exposure. Prohibited categories include malware and phishing, fraud, illegal goods or services, gambling and betting, explicit pornographic content, prohibited drugs, prohibited weapons or explosives, terrorist or extremist support, and counterfeit or unlawful commerce. Not every URL may be promoted.

A rejected promotion is not eligible to appear on the ranking. If the listing was never published, you can correct what the product allows and submit again. Approval is not automatic after an edit. Write to FIRST FOR NOW if you need help.

Yes. Destinations and campaign content may be reviewed again, especially after you change them or when new risk appears. Changing an approved destination creates a new review before the live listing changes.

FIRST FOR NOW may restrict a listing under the Content Policy and Terms. When contact details are known, the affected account is given the reason through the product process. Write to FIRST FOR NOW about that decision. This does not add new legal rights.

FIRST FOR NOW is for people aged 18 or over. You may not create an account, submit a listing, vote, or buy Credits if you are under 18.

Card payments are not open yet. You can browse the ranking, create an account and prepare a promotion.

The paid service is promotional time, not a result. A Battle that does not validly begin releases the reserved Credit. You can cancel a scheduled Battle while more than 15 minutes remain before it starts. A completed Ranking purchase has no in-product cancellation of remaining time. Suspension does not automatically refund Credits. Consumers also have a 14-day withdrawal right where it applies; unused Credits and immediate-performance rules are on the refunds page. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.

Send an unequivocal written statement to hello@firstfornow.com. A clear email is enough. A model text is on the refunds page; you do not have to use it. Buying Credits does not start Ranking or Battle. A paid promotional service starts immediately only if you expressly request that, and the right to withdraw from that completed service is lost only after it has been fully performed.
