What does FIRST FOR NOW sell?
Guaranteed time-based promotional placement and exposure inside FIRST FOR NOW. A customer pays for a stated length of time on the platform, not for traffic, clicks, followers, sales, leads, conversions, engagement or SEO results.
What is a Credit?
1 Credit = €1 of FIRST FOR NOW service purchasing power. Credits can be used only for FIRST FOR NOW services: Ranking placement and, when Battle is available, Battle Challenges. They are not a currency, an investment or cash you can take out.
Can Credits be withdrawn or transferred?
No. Credits cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, or cashed out. They do not earn interest. Winning a Battle never creates Credits.
What does Ranking guarantee?
A stated length of promotional placement time, and that ordinary competition cannot displace that placement while the purchased protection runs. After the timer ends, the listing stays visible until someone else takes the spot.
How long do I stay #1?
When #1 is open, a TAKE costs 1 Credit and is guaranteed for 5 minutes. After that you stay at #1, unprotected, until someone else takes the spot. A protected #1 cannot be taken for €1.
What is Spotlight?
Spotlight is what people see when you hold a Ranking spot. It is your campaign — not a separately priced product.
Does FIRST FOR NOW guarantee clicks or sales?
No. Ranking and Battle sell promotional time. They do not guarantee audience size, clicks, sales or any business result.
What is Battle?
A promotional format between two listings. A Challenge costs 1 Credit. When a valid Battle starts, that Credit buys exactly 3 minutes of guaranteed Battle promotional exposure.
Does voting cost money?
No. Spectators watch for free. Voting is free. One verified account may cast one immutable vote per Battle. Participants cannot vote in their own Battle.
Can Battle participants bet Credits?
No. Participants do not stake money or Credits against one another. There is no betting, pot, jackpot or wager.
Can a Battle winner receive money?
No. Battle has no cash prize and no material prize. The result determines competitive status inside FIRST FOR NOW.
Can a Battle winner receive Credits?
No. The winner receives no Credits. The loser’s Credit is not transferred to the winner.
What is THE CROWN?
Competitive status and recognition inside FIRST FOR NOW. It has no monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and does not award Credits. It is not ownership of commercial #1.
Does winning Battle give commercial #1?
No. Battle and commercial Ranking stay separate. Winning does not grant Ranking time and does not take another user’s purchased placement.
What content can be promoted?
Destinations must meet FIRST FOR NOW’s promotion requirements before they can receive promotional exposure. Prohibited categories include malware and phishing, fraud, illegal goods or services, gambling and betting, explicit pornographic content, prohibited drugs, prohibited weapons or explosives, terrorist or extremist support, and counterfeit or unlawful commerce. Not every URL may be promoted.
What happens if my promotion is rejected?
A rejected promotion is not eligible to appear on the ranking. If the listing was never published, you can correct what the product allows and submit again. Approval is not automatic after an edit. Write to FIRST FOR NOW if you need help.
Can my destination be reviewed again?
Yes. Destinations and campaign content may be reviewed again, especially after you change them or when new risk appears. Changing an approved destination creates a new review before the live listing changes.
Why was my listing restricted?
FIRST FOR NOW may restrict a listing under the Content Policy and Terms. When contact details are known, the affected account is given the reason through the product process. Write to FIRST FOR NOW about that decision. This does not add new legal rights.
Who can use FIRST FOR NOW?
FIRST FOR NOW is for people aged 18 or over. You may not create an account, submit a listing, vote, or buy Credits if you are under 18.
Can I buy Credits now?
Card payments are not open yet. You can browse the ranking, create an account and prepare a promotion.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
The paid service is promotional time, not a result. A Battle that does not validly begin releases the reserved Credit. You can cancel a scheduled Battle while more than 15 minutes remain before it starts. A completed Ranking purchase has no in-product cancellation of remaining time. Suspension does not automatically refund Credits. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded. Details are on the refunds page.
