The product

FIRST FOR NOW is a digital promotional platform. Its public ranking has ten positions. Customers spend Credits to occupy a position for a stated length of time, with the guarantee that nobody may displace that placement while the purchased protection runs. Battle is a separate promotional format on the same platform; it does not replace or seize purchased Ranking time.

Credits

Credits are seller-issued FIRST FOR NOW service purchasing power. One Credit corresponds to one euro of purchased service value. Credits:

• cannot be transferred between users;
• cannot be withdrawn as a voluntary cash-out outside a statutory or refund right;
• cannot be redeemed for cash;
• can be used only to buy FIRST FOR NOW services;
• are not a currency, cryptocurrency, investment or financial instrument;
• do not earn interest, and winning a Battle never creates Credits.

Every balance change is recorded in an append-only ledger. A balance cannot become negative.

Buying Credits is a card purchase of wallet value. Spending Credits on TAKE, HOLD, LOCK or a Battle Challenge is a later service use of that wallet. Those are not the same transaction.

Battle

A Battle is a promotional format between two listings. A Challenge costs 1 Credit. When a valid Battle service starts, that Credit buys exactly 3 minutes of guaranteed Battle promotional exposure. Spectators watch and vote for free. One verified account may cast one immutable vote per Battle. Participants cannot vote in their own Battle.

Battle has no cash, material or Credit prizes. Participants do not stake money or Credits against one another. There is no pot, jackpot or wager. The winner receives no money and no Credits. THE CROWN is status inside FIRST FOR NOW, not a prize of value and not commercial #1. Purchased Ranking time stays independent.

What a purchase buys

A purchase buys ranking placement for a stated duration, and the guarantee that the listing cannot be displaced by ordinary ranking movement while that protection is active. TAKE acquires an available unlocked position. HOLD and LOCK protect a position a listing already occupies, or upgrade existing protection. An active LOCK may be extended.

When guaranteed time ends, the listing is not removed and is not automatically moved. It stays visible in the same position, unprotected, until another qualifying purchase displaces it.

How positions move

Buying an available position places the new listing there. Previous unprotected occupants move downward. Protected positions are skipped and stay exactly where they are.

Removing a listing by moderation uses a different operation: unprotected listings below compact upward. Protected positions still stay at their number.

A listing cannot occupy two positions at once. A listing with active protection cannot buy a different position. A listing already in a better unprotected position cannot buy a worse one.

Moderation

Listings are reviewed. They may be approved, rejected, placed under review, or suspended. Only approved listings may purchase positions.

Under review, a listing may remain on the ranking and keep its countdown, but outbound visits are blocked and new purchases are refused.

Suspension removes the listing immediately, including through active protection. Remaining protection is forfeited. There is no automatic refund of credits. History is kept. Restoration does not restore the old position, forfeited protection, a purchase, or credits.

What is not guaranteed

FIRST FOR NOW does not guarantee traffic, clicks, visitors, followers, leads, engagement, conversions, sales, revenue, or ranking in any external search engine. Visibility after protection expires may continue until someone else takes the spot. How many people see a listing, and what they do, is outside this product.

Refunds

Moderation suspension does not automatically create a refund. That is not the same as eliminating rights you have under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, that requirement stands. See the refund policy.

Accounts

You need a confirmed email address before creating a listing or buying credits. You are responsible for the destination you submit. The published listing remains the last approved version until a later revision is approved.

Age

FIRST FOR NOW is for people aged 18 or over. You may not create an account, submit a listing, vote, or buy Credits if you are under 18.

Your content and intellectual property

You represent that you have the right to submit the name, tagline, logo, destination and any other material you provide, and that it does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property or personality rights. You grant FIRST FOR NOW a non-exclusive licence to host, display and moderate that material for the service. FIRST FOR NOW does not claim ownership of your destination or brand.

Third-party destinations

A listing points at an independent website or service. FIRST FOR NOW is not the merchant of that destination, does not control it after the visitor leaves, and is not responsible for what happens there. You remain responsible for the destination you submit and for keeping it from becoming a deceptive redirect, cloaked page, malware host or other prohibited offer after approval.

How content is moderated

User-provided listing and destination information is restricted by these Terms and the Content Policy. FIRST FOR NOW may review, block, remove, suspend, re-evaluate or refuse promotional exposure. Automated safety providers may supply evidence. FFN_EVAL_V8 is FIRST FOR NOW’s deterministic evaluator and remains the decision authority. Provider models do not independently make the final legal or contractual decision. Human review is used when the evaluator returns REVIEW_REQUIRED and for staff actions. A report or an automated signal does not itself remove a listing. FIRST FOR NOW does not promise perfect detection.

Notices of allegedly illegal content

Anyone — not only people with an account — may notify FIRST FOR NOW of specific information they consider illegal. Use the /notice page. The notice is submitted directly to FIRST FOR NOW through that page. No separate email is required to complete the notice. FIRST FOR NOW receives the notice when its server accepts and records the submission. The notice asks for the information needed to identify the content and its location, explain the alleged illegality, and provide the required good-faith accuracy statement. The existing identity exception for notices concerning relevant child-sexual-abuse or exploitation offences is unchanged. Where electronic contact is available, FIRST FOR NOW acknowledges receipt and later communicates the decision and available redress. A notice does not itself remove, suspend, refund, move Ranking, or determine illegality. Reporter identity is not shown to the listing owner. Report illegal content.

When a listing or account is restricted

If FIRST FOR NOW restricts visibility, removes a listing, blocks outbound visits, suspends a listing, restricts an account, or later restricts payments, because the information is illegal or incompatible with these terms, the affected recipient is given a clear statement of reasons when their contact details are known. That statement says what was restricted, the facts relied on, whether a notice or own-initiative review started it, whether automated means were used, the legal or contractual ground, and how to write for redress. It does not disclose provider secrets or security internals. FFN_EVAL_V8 remains the evaluator. FIRST FOR NOW may also restrict information where it must comply with a valid order of a court or competent authority. That compliance is not itself a FIRST FOR NOW moderation decision under the statement-of-reasons process. Contact the address below. Judicial redress remains available. A separate Article 20 internal complaint system is not operated while FIRST FOR NOW qualifies as a micro or small enterprise.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded. If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Buying Credits does not start Ranking or Battle and does not itself end that right. Spending Credits on TAKE, HOLD, LOCK or a Battle Challenge starts a separate service: that service begins immediately only if you expressly request it, and the withdrawal right for that completed service is lost only after FIRST FOR NOW has fully performed it. Unused purchased Credits may be refunded during the withdrawal period. Details, including how to withdraw, are on the refunds page. This is not “all sales final”.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. That does not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the EU or EEA. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. Professionals use the courts of Girona, Spain, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

FIRST FOR NOW informs recipients of significant changes to these Terms by appropriate means. Significant changes are announced on this page with the earliest date from which they may take effect and a summary of the change. The new Terms cannot become current before that time; actual activation may occur later if required notifications are still incomplete. Where an account has an email address, FIRST FOR NOW sends notice to that address before the significant change applies to that account. A separate acknowledgement or read receipt is not required merely for that notification. Where acceptance of a current Terms version is required before a later paid action, that acceptance is handled separately. The version recorded for an existing purchase or contract confirmation remains historical evidence for that transaction.
