What you are buying.

FIRST FOR NOW sells guaranteed time-based promotional placement in its own public ranking. It does not sell traffic, clicks, followers, leads, engagement, conversions or search-engine ranking.

Legal identity not yet supplied

Company name, postal address, tax or VAT identifiers, and governing jurisdiction have not been provided by the product owner. This page describes how FIRST FOR NOW actually works. It is not a substitute for reviewed commercial terms, and it does not invent those details.

The product

FIRST FOR NOW is a public ranking of ten positions. You spend platform credits to occupy a position for a stated length of time, with the guarantee that nobody may displace you while that protection runs.

FIRST FOR NOW is a trading name. It is not a legal-entity name. Company, address and jurisdiction details are supplied separately by the product owner and are not recorded here.

Credits

Credits are seller-issued platform balance. One credit corresponds to one euro of purchased balance. Credits:

  • cannot be transferred between users;
  • cannot be withdrawn;
  • cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • can be used only to buy FIRST FOR NOW placement time;
  • are not a currency, cryptocurrency, investment or financial instrument.

Every balance change is recorded in an append-only ledger. A balance cannot become negative.

What a purchase buys

A purchase buys ranking placement for a stated duration, and the guarantee that the listing cannot be displaced by ordinary ranking movement while that protection is active. TAKE acquires an available unlocked position. HOLD and LOCK protect a position a listing already occupies, or upgrade existing protection. An active LOCK may be extended.

When guaranteed time ends, the listing is not removed and is not automatically moved. It stays visible in the same position, unprotected, until another qualifying purchase displaces it.

How positions move

Buying an available position places the new listing there. Previous unprotected occupants move downward. Protected positions are skipped and stay exactly where they are.

Removing a listing by moderation uses a different operation: unprotected listings below compact upward. Protected positions still stay at their number.

A listing cannot occupy two positions at once. A listing with active protection cannot buy a different position. A listing already in a better unprotected position cannot buy a worse one.

Moderation

Listings are reviewed. They may be approved, rejected, placed under review, or suspended. Only approved listings may purchase positions.

Under review, a listing may remain on the ranking and keep its countdown, but outbound visits are blocked and new purchases are refused.

Suspension removes the listing immediately, including through active protection. Remaining protection is forfeited. There is no automatic refund of credits. History is kept. Restoration does not restore the old position, forfeited protection, a purchase, or credits.

What is not guaranteed

FIRST FOR NOW does not guarantee traffic, clicks, visitors, followers, leads, engagement, conversions, sales, revenue, or ranking in any external search engine. Visibility after protection expires may continue until someone else takes the spot. How many people see a listing, and what they do, is outside this product.

Refunds

Moderation suspension does not automatically create a refund. That is not the same as eliminating rights you have under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, that requirement stands. See the refund policy.

Accounts

You need a confirmed email address before creating a listing or buying credits. You are responsible for the destination you submit. The published listing remains the last approved version until a later revision is approved.
