What the product does
When a listing is suspended, it is removed from the ranking at once. Remaining protection time is forfeited. Credits already spent on that occupancy are not automatically returned. Purchase records and the credit ledger stay intact.
Restoring a listing later does not restore the old position, the forfeited time, the purchase, or the credits.
What the law may still require
The rule above is about automatic platform behaviour. It is not a waiver of rights that applicable law gives you. Where a refund, chargeback or other remedy is required by law, that requirement stands.
A complete consumer-law position, including cooling-off and digital-service rules that may apply in a given jurisdiction, still needs legal review once the product owner supplies a legal identity and a place of establishment. Until then, this page does not invent one.
Payments are not open
Live card payments are disabled. There is no public way to buy credits on a production deployment, and there is no signup bonus. Any later refund procedure for real payments will be documented after Stripe approval and a reviewed commercial launch — not invented here.
